Return and Exchange Policy

 

Refund/Return Policy: 

No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All products are made custom for you based on your order. We do not stock inventory.  Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted. No refunds will be issued following the completion of a giveaway campaign. 

Errors Upon Receiving Product 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately! Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

Please send an email to HELP@Enthuzst.com with your order number and a photo of the defective / wrong product. 

 *Critical Information To Understand*

Unless the item or items you ordered are defective, eligible purchases made within a period of an active giveaway are non-refundable if returned following the completion of one of our truck giveaways.  After the promotional sweepstakes period has ended, you may contact us about returning an item or items, and if eligible for a return, you may choose a comparable item of equal value or request a store credit. Since your purchases earn you entries to win a vehicle during a giveaway (and we cant return your order once giveaway has ended) we have to enforce this policy. 

 

Covid-19 Impacts On Shipment Time

There may be possible shipment delays due to the impacts COVID-19 has had on our supply chain. Please understand we are working as hard and as safe as possible to ensure your products are delivered as quickly as means allow. Please note some of the delays may be out of our control due to changes made by USPS, FedEx and UPS.
